We love children and believe families are a gift from God.

Visit

We strive to make RedeemerKIDS a place that is Christ-exalting, child-engaging, creative, and really fun!

Christ-Exalting

Whether it’s praying for and singing with our babies, teaching our toddlers big truths about God, or teaching our oldest kids how to see Christ throughout the entire Bible, we are passionate about teaching our kids about Jesus.

Child-Engaging

RedeemerKIDS is more than a place where kids hang out with adult supervision. Our volunteers are trained to engage your children at their specific development level, making every Sunday a memorable experience.

Creative

Each volunteer and child is created and gifted differently and we have teachers with a variety of teaching styles and activities reach all the kids in our care.

Fun

Kids learn through having fun and we want them to joyfully learn about Jesus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question not listed below? Email us.

What information do I need to know before visiting RedeemerKIDS?

We have worked to make it as easy as possible for you to worship with us! When you arrive, you can check in your children at one of our RedeemerKIDS check-in areas. If it is your first time, a volunteer will walk you through the entire process. You are welcome to check in your child before the service, or keep them with you for the songs before the sermon and check them in before our Offering.

What safety procedures do you have in place?

For your child's safety and your peace of mind, we will:
- Do background checks on all volunteers.
- Have allergy alert stickers available at check-in.
- Provide a security tag for your child and ask for the parent's portion of the security tag before releasing any child at check-out.
- Have a text-messaging system available for easy contact in case of emergency.
- Have a security camera system through the RedeemerKIDS area.
- Require anyone entering the children's ministry to show their security tag to a security volunteer.

What is your policy on sick children?

We request that you do not drop your children off at RedeemerKIDS if they have any of the following symptoms:
- A temperature of 100 degrees or higher in the last 24 hours
- Diarrhea or vomiting in the last 24 hours
- Severe coughing
- Colored nasal drainage (not due to allergies)
- Pink eye
- Head lice
- Undiagnosed rash
- Open skin lesions
- Any communicable disease

How can I serve in RedeemerKIDS?

Each week close to 100 volunteers invest in children by teaching, leading, and caring for those in RedeemerKIDS. We would love for you to join us! Email kids@redeemerkansascity.org to get involved.

We exist to cultivate communities of transformed disciples who live for the glory of God and the good of the city.
