As we enter our Season of Fasting, we want to seek aside a specific time each week to come together as a church family to seek God in prayer. Each Wednesday night during the 21 days (1/6, 1/13, 1/20) we will host a prayer meeting at 6:30 pm at Redeemer Midtown. You can join us in-person or online via our livestream.

The primary focus of any season of fasting is to intentionally stand before the Lord, seek to hear his voice, and ask him to move — both individually and corporately. Fasting fosters an internal intimacy, a quiet space, in which God’s voice has more room. So while we can pray to God without fasting, and we can fast without praying, when we put the two together, they aid and amplify each other as we embody the longings of our prayers.

We hope you will join us for these Prayer Meetings and we anticipate with joy the work God will do both in and through our time together!
