What do we do with the Old Testament? Many Christians are unsure how to engage the first 39 books of the Bible. While we know they are important, they often seem inaccessible and difficult to understand and engage. We know the stories of creation, the flood, and the Exodus; and maybe we have learned to connect with the Psalms — but how do we engage the Old Testament on the whole? This class will attempt to familiarize us with the broad story of the Old Testament, as well as highlight theological themes that are important to reading, understanding, and engaging God in his plan of redemption unfolded throughout the Scripture.

Join us for the class The Story of the Old Testament on Wednesday nights this summer. It will be led by Ron Downing and hosted on the following nights:

Wednesday, 6/20: 7 - 8:30 pm
